By now, we all know some of the basic requirements for getting any type of job, but how much do we truly understand these concepts for applying and getting a job in today’s society? Today, we’ll be going over steps you need to undergo in order to gain a job. Step 1: Education: Most, if not all jobs require you to have some level of education, which may vary depending on the job type. Some jobs may allow you to bypass those educational requirements depending on your experience, skill sets and capabilities, while others require high levels of education in order to qualify for the position. At the same time, some jobs (specifically minimum wage jobs) only require a high school diploma. Meaning that it would be easy for you to qualify for the position. Every March, we celebrate Women’s History Month, a time to recognize and honor the achievements of women throughout history. From science and politics to arts and social activism, women have played a crucial role in shaping the world we live in today. Despite facing systemic barriers, countless women have broken boundaries and paved the way for future generations.  The Origins of Women’s History Month  Women’s History Month began as a week-long celebration in 1980, following a proclamation by President Jimmy Carter.
