The job shadowing experience can also look like where you can observe professionals in the working environment, how they communicate, interact, collaborate, and function.

Job shadowing is a great opportunity for students because it offers a lot of benefits like skill development, networking opportunities, professional development and improving in communication and collaboration. Also, job shadowing is for everybody even with no job experience or with no diploma because this can help a lot with developing new skills in a working environment and help you out to connect with others and for better understanding. For example, job shadowing can help prepare you to experience different career paths to understand what it’s like working in the workplace and how to connect with professionals in the field.
