The most successful way to make a career decision is to know what is right for you .Before you  select a career you have to get to know yourself well enough to know what your interests are. You also need to know whether or not it will make you  happy  and comfortable  to stay for a long period of time in that job. You will have to know if your strengths, weaknesses and personality will fit the characteristics in the field; finally, you have to know what the job duties and requirements are for that career
