Standard: In a standard interview the most common questions are:

  • ·      Where do you think your life will be like in 10 years?
  • ·      What skills are you really good at in terms of a job?

The interviewer may also ask for you to talk about yourself. Give yourself enough time before the interview to come up with a well thought out response.

Behavioral: In a behavioral interview the interview is focused on the past in order to try and predict future behavior. They may ask questions like:

  • ·      How would you handle a stressful task?
  • ·      How would you behave to a lot of work?

Pick an example and briefly explain how you handled the situation and what you learned from it.

Case: In a case interview the interview is mostly focused on how you would solve business problems. They may ask questions like:

  • ·      How many gallons of soda are sold each month from burger king?

This is most prominent amongst youths as we often get side tracked by social media, or other entertainment factors that hinder us from completing our daily tasks. 2. Motivation: When you wake up everyday, look at the...

It is a relationship whit the personal attribute is to advise, support and nurture the mentee to reach their full potential. Let’s explore the profound benefit of mentorships. · Building Confidence. Your mentor is, to put it mildly, your personal cheerleader. He provides constructive feedback and encouragement. Mentees gradually build confidence in their abilities to succeed and also help them to conquer their fear of the unknown and gain resilience and determination. · Personalized Guidance. With this personal approach, your mentor is there to guide you on matters that concern you and only you. · Personal ...
