Do:

Dress professionally
Arrive at the interview location 10 – 15 minutes early
Give a firm handshake and keep eye contact

Come with multiple copies of your resume, cover letter, and portfolio if necessary
Prepare answers to common questions beforehand
Questions are likely to include:

Tell me about yourself.
What is your greatest strength? Weakness?
Tell me about a challenge you have overcome.
Why should we hire you?

Answer all questions in relation to a work environment
Keep answers concise and to the point
Do research about the company and job you are applying for
Look on their website and familiarize yourself with the company
Prepare questions for the interviewer
Thank the interviewer for their time
Ask for a business card
Follow up with a thank you letter
